Chetz
You can look forward to beading, dance workshops, yoga, photography seminars, DJ lessons, pita making, and general engagement with Israeli culture and society on Machaneh. This will be hosted in the Zula and run by our amazing Chetz team. Channichim are encouraged to attend and even run some workshops at the Zula to make Machaneh the total experience that it is.
Sports
Our sports team will ensure that dynamic sports entertainment is readily available for the channichim during free time. There will be a boys’ and girls’ soccer tournament running throughout the entire Machaneh. This much-anticipated tournament is often a highlight of camp. It will be interspersed with day tournaments in spikeball, volleyball, touch rugby, and more. Equipment such as beach bats, cricket gear, and frisbees will be regularly provided at the beach and Kikar for fun and games.
Free Time
Our dedicated team of lifeguards is responsible for ensuring safety on our beautiful beach. The idyllic location, just two minutes away from the tents, makes Machaneh that much more attractive. The lifeguards also accompany the channichim on tiyulim or beach walks to ensure responsible swimming environments. Whether it’s frolicking in the water or tanning on the beach, our madrichim and lifeguards are ready to ensure that your kids have a structured and liberating time.
